Sustainability Grant 2026- 2027

The Thriving Communities Fund (TCF) Sustainability Grant replaces the previous Thriving Communities Fund Revenue Grant. It represents a new approach to supporting Hounslow's voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) sector by investing in the sustainability and resilience of organisations rather than individual projects. Rather than funding a specific project or service, the Capacity & Sustainability Grant is designed to invest in organisations themselves. Through unrestricted funding and tailored organisational development support, the programme aims to help local organisations strengthen their sustainability, resilience and long-term impact for Hounslow residents. The programme will invest £100,000 in local VCSE organisations and combines flexible funding, dedicated support and access to wider opportunities.

Small Grants support locally based, small scale but impactful community projects which support:  Physical and mental wellbeing  Address social isolation and loneliness  Build social connection and community cohesion. The grant can also support testing ideas and running pilots or supporting your organisation to become more sustainable.
