As a condition of receiving funding from Tate and Lyle's Local Fund, successful organisations must agree to have their contact detail, specifically their name, email address, and phone number shared with other successful applicants. This requirement is intended to facilitate collaboration and networking among funded groups. Acceptance of this condition is mandatory for participation in the grant programme.

If you are successful in your grant application we will ask for the following: 

• your organisation’s latest Annual Accounts
• your organisation's Safeguarding Policy
• your organisation’s bank details
• your organisation’s Insurance Policy
• your organisation's constitution, regulatory number or other rules
• your current list of Management Committee Members, Directors or Board Members

Due diligence information

If your organisation is successful in receiving funding from the Tate and Lyle's Local Fund but does not currently have any of the required documents, the council will support you in obtaining them. This support will be provided through its partners who specialise in capacity building and organisational development for voluntary, community and faith organisations.
