Tell us how you know you make a difference.  Do you get feedback from the people you work with?  Do you monitor audience numbers? or something else?

The following questions are about the support you need to make your organisation stronger, more sustainable and better able to make a difference to your community.

About the support you need...

We believe that you understand your needs better than us, the  grant could be spent on things like coaching, mentoring, consultancy, training, professional services or new systems / equipment  etc along with the costs of attending training or implementing systems etc.  

How will you use the funding?

How will your team, your organisation, residents or colleagues etc benefit from the support?  How will you measure this?

What will be the benefits of the support?

What makes this the best solution for you and how do you know that this offers value for money?

Why is this the correct support?

How will the funding benefit your organisation and make it more sustainable or resilient?

For this grant you will be required to provide evidence that you have sought value for money e.g, 3 assessed written quotes for any purchases of £2500 or more (This includes multiple purchases from a single supplier totalling £2500 or more)

Best value doesn't always mean the cheapest but if your purchase isn't the cheapest, you will need to satisfactorily explain why

I understand that I (or a suitable representative) will need to submit an end of project report that will explain what we did and the outcomes achieved as well as an expenditure report.
