Responses should be thorough. Applicants should assume the assessor and local panel have no prior knowledge of your organisation, who runs it, or the community in which you operate.

Please ensure when submitting the completed application form, you have included copies of the documents outlined in the ‘supporting documents’ section, as without these, the assessor may be unable to process your application.

Please note that, if successful, there will be a requirement to monitor your project in line with the outcomes stated in your application.

Please ensure also that if you are looking to apply for funding that any planning requirements and quotations for work are in place, any match funding being put forward is secured and that your project can be fully spent with activities completed by the end of December 2025 and outcomes reported on by January 2026.
