Michael Cornish Core Grants Programme Application Form

Funded with the support of Michael & Sue Cornish

Application Form

Applications are submitted via our dedicated grants platform, operated securely and confidentially by Plinth. You will need to create an account by setting up a username and password—this only needs to be done once. Your account will store details of any previous applications submitted, which may be helpful if you are applying to multiple funds.

Where you are unable to create an account, a copy of the application form may be provided upon request to the Grantmaker. This can then be completed and either emailed or posted back to that same Grantmaker.

Once submitted, applications are reviewed, summarised, and presented to the Panel by the Foundation, usually within six weeks of the fund’s closing date. Applicants will typically be notified of the outcome within a week of the Panel meeting. You may be contacted by the Grants Manager between submission and the Panel meeting if further information or supporting documents are required.
