The Lincolnshire Community Foundation are delivering the South Holland Household Support Fund on behalf of the South Holland District Council and households that are in significant financial hardship can apply to the fund to receive an supermarket voucher of their choice to help with the cost of food, clothing, and other household essentials. The Application Form
Applications to the South Holland Household Support Fund are submitted through our dedicated grants platform which is operated securely and confidentially by Plinth. In order for you to submit an application form you are required to create an account with Plinth; this only needs to be done once and the only information required to create an account is your full name, email address and a secure password of your choice.
