Crisis & Resilience Fund: Heating Oil Support Scheme for East Lindsey (2026/27)

The Application Form

To apply for the Crisis and Resilience Fund: Heating Oil Support Scheme , you must complete and submit your application through our secure grants platform, Plinth. Before applying, you will need to create a Plinth account; this only needs to be done once and just requires your full name, email address, and a secure password. After submission, each application is considered on its individual merits against the scheme's eligibility criteria. You will receive a decision within 3 to 5 working days. If the application is approved, please allow up to 2 additional working days to receive your off-grid heating oil voucher or other form of support.

The Applicants Who Can't Apply

Here's a list of the applicants who can't apply:

• Applicants residing outside of East Lindsey

• Applicants submitting multiple applications for themselves.

• Applicants submitting multiple applications for the household.

The Applicants Who Can Apply

Here's a list of the applicants who can apply:

• Applicants with a combined household income below £36,000.

• Applicants with savings less than £6,000.

• Applicants who are not on a mains gas supply and who use heating oil as their primary fuel source for heating the home and or their hot water supply.

• Applicants who are at risk of losing immediate access to heating their homes or hot water due to the lack of heating oil within their storage tanks.

• Applicants who are able to pay the difference between the off-grid heating oil voucher's value (£300) and the cost of the heating oil including the delivery cost.

Please Note: In order to be successful you must meet all five of the above criteria.

Application Updates and Voucher Information

Applicants will receive an update on their application within 3 to 5 working days of submission. If your application is successful, you will receive a £300 off-grid heating oil voucher. The voucher itself will be sent to you by an organisation called Evouchers by email first and then activated through a text message. You will have 12 months to activate your voucher but once activated you must use the voucher to purchase the heating oil within 3 months - failure to use the voucher to purchase heating oil within 3 months once activated will result in your voucher being cancelled or refunded to us to redistribute to other applicants in need of support.
