The South Holland Household Support Fund Application Form

The Fund Purpose:

The United Kingdom Government has made an additional round of Household Support Fund funding available to the Lincolnshire County Council to support vulnerable households with the cost of everyday household essentials. The Lincolnshire Community Foundation are delivering the South Holland Household Support Fund on behalf of the South Holland District Council and households who are within significant financial hardship can apply to the fund to receive a supermarket voucher of their choice to help with the cost of food, clothing, and other household essentials. Please note the priority will be given to low-income households that are in the highest need of support (more details on the eligibility criteria and priority groups can be found outlined below).

The Application Form:

Applications to the South Holland Household Support Fund are submitted through our dedicated grants platform which is operated securely and confidentially by Plinth. In order to submit an application you are required to create an account with Plinth - this only needs to be done once and the only information required to create an account is your full name, email address, and a secure password of your choice. Where you are unable to create an account with Plinth or submit an application through Plinth a member of the Lincolnshire Community Foundation's dedicated Household Support Fund Team will be able to help you. Please note that once you have submitted an application it will then be individually reviewed and assessed against the eligibility and priority group criteria for the fund and you will be notified of the outcome of the application within three weeks of the application being submitted - also note it could then take an additional two weeks for you to receive the funding if you are successful with your application.

The Applicants Who Can't Apply:

1) We can't accept applications from applicants who live outside of the South Holland District

2) We can't accept multiple applications from the same applicant

3) We can't accept multiple applications from the same household

The Priority Groups:

Here's a list of the priority groups for the South Holland Household Support Fund

1) Applications from applicants with a total combined household income below £40,000.00

2) Applications from applicants who have no savings

(and at least one of the following)

3) Applications from applicants who have a significant health condition or disability

4) Applications from applicants who care for someone else with a significant health condition or disability

5) Applications from applicants experiencing a change in circumstance or unforeseen event

6) Applications from applicants who are of pensioner age (65yrs+)

7) Applications from applicants who are single parents

The Funding Details:

Applicants will receive an update on their application within three weeks of the application being submitted to us at the Lincolnshire Community Foundation. Successful applicants will then receive a uncategorised e-voucher via an email from a organisation called Evouchers; upon accepting the uncategorised e-voucher the applicant will then be able to choose which supermarket e-voucher they would like the e-voucher updated to from a set list. Please note the successful applications from one or two person households will receive a £100.00 e-voucher and successful applications from three or more person households will receive a £150.00 e-voucher. The deadline for applications is the 26th of September 2025 or until all available funds have been allocated; in the event that all funds have been allocated before this date the fund will close early and any applicants who haven't submitted an application to the fund will have to wait until the next round of the South Holland Household Support Fund opens up in January of 2026.
