Small Grants - Young Grant Makers Programme - Application Form
for
Happiness and fun aren’t add ons when working with young people - they’re usually the starting point!
Happiness and fun are essential to a young person’s development. Positive and joyful experiences build confidence, strengthen relationships, boost wellbeing, and give people beautiful memories. This year, we want to celebrate and support the work that brings these moments to life through our Young H&F Small Grants fund.
Whether it’s through creative projects, sports, cultural experiences, or simply spaces where young people feel free to be themselves, we’re looking to fund work that makes young people smile, laugh and feel great.
As part of your application, we’ll be asking you to show us this in action. Each organisation will need to submit a short video that captures the happiness and fun at the heart of your work - moments that demonstrate the energy, connection, and joy your activities create for young people.
Take a look at the full criteria for our Small Grants fund below and get then get excited to share the heart and humanity of your work with Young H&F! We can't wait to see how you fill young people’s lives with happiness and fun across Hammersmith & Fulham! - H&F in H&F if you will!
