Holiday Activities & Food (HAF) Programme 2026-2029 Application Form

The City of Westminster and The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, in partnership with the Young Westminster Foundation and Young K&C, are running an open grant application process to secure HAF provision for the next 3 years.

HAF is a national programme funded by the DfE, that provides free healthy meals and enriching activities in the school holidays, to children and young people in receipt of Free School Meals - benefiting their health, wellbeing, and learning.

Please read the Grant Guidance carefully before applying. The long answer questions will be scored.
