Grant Fund: Young H&F Small Grants Programme 2026-27

Who Can Apply?

  • Current Young H&F members

  • Organisations working with young people in Hammersmith & Fulham (or planning to do so)

  • Annual turnover of £150,000 or less

  • Registered charity, CIC with asset lock, or constituted community group

  • Have a current safeguarding policy and a UK organisation bank account

Funding Available

  • Up to £6,000 for a single organisation

  • Up to £10,000 for partnership projects involving two or more organisations

  • Grants are for one year and can support either core costs or project delivery

What Will Be Funded?

  • Activities for young people in Hammersmith & Fulham

  • Core organisational costs

  • Projects responding to the needs identified by young people

Application Requirements

  • Application form

  • Short video (maximum 3 minutes)

  • Recent financial records

  • Bank statement from the last 3 months

  • Signed and dated safeguarding policy

Deadline : Sunday 25 October 2026

Decision-Making Applications are reviewed and funding decisions are made by trained Young Grant Makers, giving local young people full decision-making power over the grants.

Funding Available A total of £25,000 is being distributed to grassroots organisations supporting young people in Hammersmith & Fulham.
