Green Health and Wellbeing Fund - Application Form
for
Welcome to the Green Health and Wellbeing fund
The Fund aims to strength and improve the resilience of Surrey’s Green Health sector, while enabling more people to benefit from connecting with nature to improve their health and wellbeing.
Green Health means using natural green and blue spaces to improve physical, mental and social wellbeing through meaningful engagement with nature, either individually or as part of a group.
We know that Surrey already has a diverse range of organisations delivering Green Health activities. We are interested in applications for work that strengthens or develops existing provision; Builds organisational capacity/resilience; or supports longer-term provision. You do not have to create new projects for this fund, but you may wish to build or strengthen partnerships (with existing organisations, referrals, or new partners).
The Fund forms part of the wider Surrey Green Health & Wellbeing Programme, developed by the Community Foundation for Surrey (CFSurrey) and Surrey County Council (SCC). Alongside grant funding, a countywide Green Health Community of Practice will bring organisations together to share learning, strengthen connections and help build a more resilient Green Health sector across Surrey.
