This work may involve sensitive discussions about parents’ and carers’ experiences of caring for babies, as well as understanding the professional experiences of practitioners such as nurses, midwives, health visitors and health station workers. Please explain the steps you will take to create a safe, respectful, and trauma informed environment during these conversations.

We want the research we commission to have the greatest possible impact for babies and their families. Securing support from Members of Parliament is an essential step in turning research insights into meaningful policy change. - What do parents and caregivers in Norway say they need to help them in giving their babies the best start in life?

- How can services and support be designed to better meet the needs of babies across Norway?
