Due diligence information

If your organisation is successful in receiving funding from the Tate and Lyle's Local Fund but does not currently have any of the required documents, the council will support you in obtaining them. This support will be provided through its partners who specialise in capacity building and organisational development for voluntary, community and faith organisations.

As a condition of receiving funding from Genting Good Causes Fund, successful organisations will have their contact details (name, email address, and phone number) shared with other successful applicants for the purpose of facilitating collaboration and networking.

**Scope and Duration:**
• Your contact details will only be shared with other funded organisations from the same funding round
• This sharing will occur once, shortly after funding decisions are announced
• The purpose is to enable peer support, knowledge sharing, and potential collaboration opportunities

**Your Rights:**
• You can opt out of future networking events or communications from other funded groups at any time
• This does not affect your funding or reporting requirements to Newham Council
• Your details will not be shared with any other third parties beyond the funded cohort

Acceptance of this condition is mandatory for participation in the grant programme.
